It was a day full of activities for KFCC of Bengaluru and Kannada Film Producers cultural council. In the morning sports day was inaugurated at Dr Ambedkar playground in Basaveshwaranagara as the torch lit by Dr Shivarajakumar at KFCC office arrived. Dr Shiv holding the light said unity should be there in the industry and industry is like a house. He also released the T shirt for the occasion of sports day and even wore it at the KFCC office.
In the morning the top actors Sharan and Ravishanker graced the sports meet and thrilled by participating in running race. In the evening Karnataka chief Minister Siddaramaiah with Information minister Roshan Baig took part in ‘Shot Put’ throw and brought cheer.
This the first sports meet of Kannada film industry Apex Body but not much of artists took part in the event. With the cheerful mood of Karnataka chief Minister Siddaramaiah the certificates and prizes were distributed. KFCC President Thomas D Souza, A Ganesh, Ba Ma Harish, Ba Ma Girish, Mahadev, HD Gangaraju, A Ganesh, SV Babu, SA Chinne Gowda, B Vijayakumar, Praveen Kumar, KV Chandrasekhar, KCN Chandrasekhar, Kavitha Lankesh, Soundarya Jagadish, Master Snehith and others took part in the concluding portions of Sports Day.
